What is VinJourney?

VinJourney™ is a groundbreaking Customer Intelligence Platform built for the wine industry designed to deliver actionable delight for you and your customers.

Do you work with my other systems?

The core capability of our Customer Intelligence Platform, VinJourney, is integrating all your systems and sources of data into one integrated, easy to use view of every customer. This includes your eCommerce systems, WineDirect and Commerce7, your reservations system, Tock and your marketing systems, Mailchimp and RedChirp. We do this across all your winery brands to ensure you have a full view of your customer at all times. Our platform makes it easy to integrate whatever services you use, so if you don't see your tech partners on this list, we are committed to integrating them so you have the best of the technology and services that support your DTC efforts.

Is VinJourney only for the tasting room?

No. We are starting with the tasting room hospitality experience, but we are designing the software to work for every customer touchpoint. Today, VinJourney can be used by both your outbound and inbound sales teams so they quickly have customer context every time they interact with a customer. We are also building club, marketing and executive experiences focused on helping those teams delight your customers. More details will follow on the features for each of these capabilities.

Who can participate in the Pilot?

We are looking for wineries interested in differentiating their customer experience and bring actionable delight to every customer touchpoint. 

You must be willing to work together with Mitrova to provide regular feedback on the product in order to improve the product and experience for your hospitality and sales staff.

We are particularly interested in companies who have a large number of tasting room visits and/or a portfolio of wineries or tasting rooms and are interested understanding their customers across brands and deliver differentiated hospitality experiences.

How long is the pilot?

We expect our beta to wrap up by Q2, after which our service will be available to all wineries. We update our production software daily to make sure we deliver at the pace and urgency needed to help our customers be successful. Our focus is on getting feedback and rapidly deliver the features you need to deliver great experiences to your customers. 

How will the product be priced?

We haven't finalized the pricing at this point. We are asking our early customers and advisors their perspective and are focused on making sure that our price aligns with the value we deliver for each of you. Right now, our early customers have a fixed monthly introductory fee for the first 6 months of the service as a thanks for helping us shape the service.
